How to have a great massage
- Do not eat immediately before your session
- Arrive on time. If you arrive in a rushed state it will take longer for your heart rate to go down and to relax
- Give accurate health information
- Report any discomfort
- Allow some open, quiet time for after your session
- Quiet your mind by focusing on each area your therapist is treating
- Drink extra water before and after your session
